At MBH Physical Therapy, we specialize in treating orthopedic and sports related injuries. We consider ourselves experts in orthopedic post-surgical rehabilitation. We treat individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and conditions with equal compassion and dedication. We understand that every patient is unique, and we are committed to providing personalized care that addresses their individual needs, challenges, and aspirations. 

New Jersey is a direct access state so no referral is needed to begin physical therapy. However, we always recommend following up with a medical doctor when necessary.

We pride ourselves on treating individuals with a whole body individualized approach. Our treatments and techniques include but are not limited to joint mobilizations and manipulations, soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, taping, neuromuscular reeducation, and falls prevention.

Your plan of care is determined after your initial evaluation. Frequency and amount of sessions are determined on a case by case basis.

We accept most insurances as an out of network provider. By choosing to be out of network, we can provide the one on on care you deserve.
